Our TEAM Team committee meet regularly to share ideas on how we can celebrate success, co-ordinate team building activates and drive forward initiatives to embed our values and behaviours.
We want our team to build strong working relationships to be able to support each other to achieve more and to trust each other. This enables our team to deliver exceptional customer service and deliver value to our customers.
Every year our ONE Team committee come together to give something back to the local community, the team choose a local charity to support and Woodway raise money as well as volunteering to support the chosen charity.
